Aman Fashion (Stag) serves customers in Bangladesh through our website and mobile app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your account/data choices.
1. Data we collect
We may collect account details (name, mobile, email), order and delivery information, device/app usage signals, support communications, and authentication-related data.
2. Website tracking tools
On the website, we may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity.
3. Mobile analytics and sign-in
In the mobile app, we may use Firebase Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for product, checkout, and stability insights. If you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide identity details needed for account authentication.
4. How we use data
Data is used for account authentication, order fulfillment, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, platform security, accounting, tax, and legal compliance.
5. Account deletion, deactivation, and retention
You can request permanent account deletion review from the app path or at https://store-stag.nahallabs.com/account-deletion. You can also request temporary deactivation, which revokes login/session access while keeping account data available for support review and future reactivation. Deletion requests are verified and reviewed by Aman Fashion (Stag) admin before processing. During approved deletion processing, admin may use customer management tools, including customer merge/reassignment where appropriate, and remove or anonymize non-required profile data such as name, mobile, email, saved addresses, login identities, cart, wishlist, and session-only data where possible. Required order, payment, delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, return/refund, and support records may be retained for legal or operational reasons.
6. Permanent deletion effect
Permanent deletion cannot be undone after admin completes processing. We aim to acknowledge requests within 72 hours and complete standard review/processing within 30 days after ownership verification. Deactivation may be reversible after support review; completed deletion removes the normal account recovery path and associated customer profile data.
